We have multiple people who can do many things when making mods. I was just using skinning as an example too. And anyway I am being taught how to do the other stuff in mod making.

For some reason whenever I start to load a game with the manhattan mod it crashes. Any solutions? And how do I add a banner that is saved on my computer?

Right I thought both the RCMP and the Washington DC mods have not been released yet. Am I wrong?

I know. But do any mods have them? LA Mod doesnt have them. They are on the grill on the front, and I don't see them on all of the american mods i use.

If that happened, first thing I would do is call in 3 of whatever MCU you have in that mod to that location. XD Sounds interesting.

For those of you who do not know what rotorays are, they are the three light spinny thingy on the front of fire trucks. I don't know of any mods that have them, though I have seen in a video that there was a vehicle with rotorays, and I wonder if there are any mods that have them.

Thank you very much, but what are the hazmat events called? I can not find them to increase the frequency.

The surprise is that it is a "might". But yeah now that im thinking about that that is kindof dumb XD. We are making significant progress.

By unique I mean a plane crash, or something like that. Then how do I increase the frequency of hazmat fires and incidents?
