numerous files in the L.A mod, things like the firefighters uniform skins etc very few things actually open and im pretty sure i remember being to open them in the past.

Still not working it just gives me an error when i try to convert it :\

Hey everyone i have been having an error lately, i try to edit textures of models etc in paint.net or any editing program really and i always get an error saying file unrecognizable or just error unknown file type. All my textures used to be PNG but now they're DDS for some reason and very few of them can open.. does anyone have any suggestions? thanks

Thanks for the question, the Suv usually carries personnel and the rescue Captain, however they also carry first aid kits, traffic cones, flares, and in some suvs they even carry jaws of life/spreaders and other rescue tools for this suv im thinking just simple things like traffic cones and fire extinguishers etc P.S HERE ARE SOME ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF THE UNITS.

A lot of the Australian police vehicles are LED yeh, but there's also quiet a few that aren't, as i have said they are all beta... most of them will have upgraded lightbars etc etc etc

What do you mean we need different police vehicles? i currently have over 20 different types of police vehicles in this mod and it's only been in progress properly for around 2 weeks... so far, and as i have stated many times already the holden commodores and fords are on the way which will be used for highway patrol, but until i am confident enough to model them myself, or i get some help with models then these are the cars that will be used (for previews of the colors) and as you can see the red car has a different lightbar, but most of the nsw highway patrol use the exact same lightbar! And i have also said all models are in BETA stage and will most likely change, new lightbars are on the way for the vehicles that require them however the nsw highway patrol use usually this one lightbar which will be modified soon, and as for dogs searching people, i'm not to sure yet... that would be nice though we will have to see what happens in the future, thanks....!

I'm thinking something rural with a large highway going through the middle, something rather rural but with lots of building etc.
