I'm sorry but I don't think I understand, do I really need to open every map I might want to use in the editor (which I'm not sure I know how to anyway) select every traffic light through which a car might want to pass at any time and edit it's settings because my game is four(?) years old?And why isn't this a problem in LA Mod?

I try to keep it relatively realistic. 1. 1 Task Force, 1 Light Force, 1 Engine, 1 Battalion, 1 RA, 2+ Patrol Cars 2. 1 Light Force, 1+ RA, 2 Patrol Cars, +/- 1 Helimed, +/- 1 EMS Officer 3. 1 Light Force 4. 4 Patrol Cars, 1 RA & 1 EMS Officer to RVP.

I went to a shooting somewhere in London early one morning, when we arrived CO19 had just rocked up and the RVP was being called forward to the scene. We were the first medics on scene to find the police doing CPR on this lad. He'd been shot numerous times in the back, mostly through the chest. One of the LAS paras got a tube down him while our registrar and paramedic cut thoracostomy holes under his armpits. There was no tension relief so they converted it to a Clamshell Thoracotomy. Opened him up to find his heart was empty and he'd bled out into his abdomen, presumably the descending aorta had been got, never got the PM result for that one.

Thanks but that breaks the mod; in the Mod screen the icon has changed to a green spanner and there's some german text that seems to suggest the world is going to end, then it doesn't load.

Is it my imagination or have the fire station scripts changed? I was trying to remove the lone paramedic from the ALS trucks but I can't seem to find the bits in the script where they're called from.

Does it really matter? We know that various services use various models of vehicle and fit, if you want to cover all possibilities you'll want a 2007 Crown Vic with LED, 2006 Crown Vic with LED, 2005 Crown Vic with Vector, 2004 Crown Vic with Vector, 2003 Crown Vic with halogen and so on...

Don't all of them just say; paramedic resource and ambulance for transport.

Are the algorithms available? Or could you apply the game incidents to them for us please?

Does LA have anything similar to the "7 person rule" for medical dispatches?

Last I checked all counties have a couple of Prime Movers, they're provided by the government under the New Dimension plan alongside the Major Incident Units, they come with pods for USAR (1, 2, 3 & 4 with the Bobcat) and high-volume pumping units.One the subject, what would be the LA equivalent to our Scientific Support Units and Incident Response Units?

I like the highway, it certainly makes an interesting challenge but I have problems around the roadworks, if there's any drama there one of the markers (cone thingys) can fall over to block the single eastbound lane. How do I stop this or how can I move the marker. Similarly, there's debris on the westbound outside lane that stops lorries causing an unmovable traffic jam.

It's very pretty and everything, but nothing actually happens.

Bit like reality?
