    The mods xml file is in the games directory which is where you installed it. I dont understand what you mean by slot freeplay parking....

    If you want people to help you at the least provide a basic overview of what you want in your mod, but nothing too fancy at the begging. Then look up some tutorials for scripting or modeling, if you have a skill you are more likely to draw more people to help you.

    I get the reason your writing this were all sick of noobs and immature kids. The thought of different levels fort the modders i like but i dont think we need them at the moment we all know most off the people on this forum that can mod. besides if someone makes a "I want this mod" topic cant we just ignore them and report it for deletion. But i do agree with you one most of your opinions.
