I dont think theres a need for us to include a airport, there isn't enough room and like explorer said we would have to create all new models which is pretty annoying.

For the hazmat i was talking like a small transport trucks like the picture below. And the esu truck would most likely be a heavy or medium.

I think unlimited water supply is hardcoded into the game so im pretty sure its unchangeable.
