German forums said that the last 1.1.1 update was supposed to fix the behaviour of vehicles parking inside each other. Also, my Steam download of the game was only about 7 GB, although it's about 16 GB on my hard drive... so they might not actually supply new files, but rather just the changes inside those files when distributing a patch.
