Hoppah, I absolutely love the chase commands added to the police units. The new map is very cool. I have a feeling there are more surprises. Just a few cool things to add (in my opinion): I still think we need a command that allows the cop to place a yellow tarp or blanket over a dead body though. It also helps to keep the bodies visible so you'll know where to send the coroner to remove it. Something that will help those patrol cars from causing a traffic jam when they turn into busy intersections

To remedy this problem with the truck, I just placed a motorcycle cop there and had him redirect traffic and it worked beautifully. No traffic jams occurred there ever again. I had him stand in the road and send cars back.

Wow. There are a lot of goodies here in this mod. One problem I'm having is knowing what techniques to use to control traffic. That seems to be my biggest problem. Any tips from anyone? There is one scene where there's a yellow van truck that is just about to make a right turn at a corner but stops halfway into the turn causing a traffic jam. Not sure what's going on there but can't seem to move this same truck.

I've seen people ask for that in their postings but I'm not sure how I do that. How do I access those files? -
Not sure what's going on but I have updated the video drivers on this laptop and I still cannot start the game. I'm not sure what else to try and do. I can play the game on my desktop with no trouble. But for some reason the game wont start, it just briefly shows a black screen and then back to desktop. Does anyone have any other suggestions. Laptop: Windows XP Home, laptop Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon 9000

Thank God, I was able to download the new Mod. I got the installation together; I had to go to the main administrator account and install it there. It installed as indicated. I will spend some time playing freeplay tonight. But from what I saw, it looks very nice thus far. Cars seem a little more controllable than they were before the new Mod 1.9.

It didn't find the correct directory to install to because it was looking for Six Tons and not Wizardworks. May be a problem... When launched, I didn't see it in the mod list. Also not sure if I need to uninstall 1.8.

Why would you need to bother with the sirens when you're en route to a call? The sirens are fine as is, in my opinion.

Whenever, I've installed EM4, the first mod installed is the Mod 1.8, and then afterwards, I would install those three other mods. I'm asking if those three will be included in Mod 1.9 or would I need to install those separately after I install Mod 1.9?

Hoppah: I wasn't sure if the v1.9 mod will include all these following mods: Lightbar Mod Sosi and Warning Lights Stretchers I have these installed in my current configuration but wasn't sure if I needed to hang on to these files or if the new LA Mod will include all of these. If this has been asked already, please pardon me.

No. This only applies to the EM4/911 Responders version. Not for the Deluxe version. Sorry.

Here's the updated file. Some of you may have noticed one of the events, namely the Supervisor Event 01 incorrectly mentions a 10-851 or stolen vehicle when it should be a call for an accident with no further details. I've remade the file and fixed the audio. You can DOWNLOAD it here. Updated Supervisor Event 01 All you need to do is replace the same file inside you Data/Lang/us/supervisor folder with this updated one. It's only a minor change but nonetheless here it is.

Try the new download sites in the original posting. You might want to use Download Site 2. Go back to my original post and try downloading from Download Site 2.

It's a .rar file which means you will need the program WinRar to unzip it. This program is commonly used by people who upload a lot of content to the web. I'm also uploading it to Megaupload. So, I'll provide the link when it's completed uploading. It will provided as one folder.
