Seems like Gamefly is closed; FR911 purchases now possible on D2D?

My digital key was no longer working. So I went to the site where I purchased (Gamefly) and now they say that they're closed. They refer you to Direct2Drive but I can't seem to find the game EM4 FR911. Any suggestions????

Oh wait. Got it now. The problem with two many legacy games and really recent one.

I think I spoke too soon. I tried launching it after the installation and the same thing happened. The installation looked like it went successfully. But unsure what else to do now....

Sure it does. But then if you run other games (which most of us do), they have later versions of DX installed.

I have Windows 8.1. And when I launch EM4, nothing happens. Are there any tweaks or settings to apply for to work??

Yeah, I thought that was odd that the doctor was not riding in the ambulance. Must be a UK thing? Seems like more resources needed to have him responding in a separate unit.

I like this. ^ Hmm... I'm still feeling my away around EM5. All I can say is "meh".... maybe I'm just used to the LA Mod and other Mods (plus all the variations made to it.)..

It's a little laggy for me.... my desktop can easily run any of today's PC games (including FarCry 4, COD AW, etc...) with no lag whatsoever.

You may want to provide some examples of what the "huge steps" might be. That way, people may see what you're saying and understand.

The connection I was referring to was the fact that FSX is cpu driven rather than graphics card driven. Given everyone's posted concerns, it seemed like an FSX forum of sim woes rather than your typical gamer complaints. I think the EM5 game was expected to run fine. But from what I see there are some experiencing lag.
