It must be, I have checked all those things and still am having the issue, it must be the card then, is there anything I can do for that?

I can play the videos, and installing K-lite did not help. I will attempt Dx9 though. Will I need to overwrite DX11 because I have 9c installed and no dice.

SO I bought this game off of steam for 5 dollars and it has that same old crash to desktop. I have done just about every fix, everything to do with K-lite, updated drivers, defragged hardrive, videos are running fine on their own, re-installed, verified game cache, edited resolution, and so on.
