You were in CDF? I did my explorers through station 84 Temecula through them (CDF/Riverside County Fire [RVC]). Haha, PT was great. Wearing full structural bunker gear, a hose pack, and had us run a mile, then an uphill/downhill run up and down a steep hill a few times. and in the middle of summer that was the boring days at which no calls came through the station. But, anyways, your with Public Affairs? Never knew that x_x more power to you, and 15 years on the job. No wonder I feel so fail all the time. You definitely have everything I have then. Plus more. I would ask you if you could get in touch with a county batt. chief and let me know how he's doin, and to contact me, but idk if you could do that. Last I heard, he still works, but, I haven't heard anything in quite a few years. The station still has a painting in it that my grandfather made (last I heard again)

It depends on the dispatcher. Some give RA, others give rescue. It depends on the Dispatcher and the day. With the "800", Some days someone will say 800 ambulance , once in a while, you'll get someone who says BLS ambulance, which is on the less common side, and 800 RA. There's a noon dispatcher whose pretty enthusiastic about dispatching. He's used RA before, though not as common as rescue.

Oh yea, I forgot to mention. I found those in my filing cabinet. I was just going through some old stuff that I had from college and high school. It's pretty amazing with the stuff I've found. There's 16 battalions in all between City & County (repeat, used to be 18 battalions), there are harbor stations, there are splits between the numbers, some are shut down. Mike, correct me if I'm wrong, but here's the open stations. Station 1-21, 23-29, 33-44, 46-111, and then there's the harbor station, which is 112. There's some stations that have reserve engines, some don't. It's hard to keep track of whats where sometimes. Here's The battallion division. I went through some papers. Sorry then. Hope all is well. Let's see. Has anyone seen a Puppysboy finish a mod? I could swear I havn't seen anything of puppys get finished. You change the mod names and do all this other stuff. If you would just focus on one mod, and complete it, it would be amazing, but, because you keep changing mod names and working on multiple mods, nothing ever gets done. Unless you can either A. Fine tune your multi-tasking skills and B. Finish something you start without changing it, I'd be afraid to have you as my employee.

The Crown Vic is more than suitable for a K-9 unit. The Crown Vic is probably the most widely used car for any police force, from traffic to undercover. In California, Crown Vic's are used for K-9's (This is not from a guide, but from experience, and not me being arrested, but places I tend to be around quite a bit now) L.A, San Bernadino County, Riverside (City and County) San Diego, Orange (Their switching to Chargers, as are most police forces) and many more. Point is, It's suitable. I think SUV's are over the top. Agreed. Not exactly. Mostly depends on where you look, the Vic's are more maneuverable and can accelerate faster than an SUV, making them more suitable for all around use. other counties use them, not L.A Liking the look of 2.0 btw! After looking at it, and I can't figure how you put the date. It's either 5/12/09 or 12/5/09. I'm seeing that they say their stopping, but, w/ the effort put into it, who knows. 16 tons of bs may come out with a patch, and they may continue once it's out. If the 16 tons of bs decides on that.

More than likely not my good sir/mam, large companies like input into issues from people. If you can get a bunch of people, then they will do something about it.

With what they have so far, it's probably into the millions, hundreds of millions, or more lines of scripts, due to the complexity necessary to use what they have created in probably almost a two-year time period. If you have played the RTS mod, then you would know how much they put into that. If this patch 1.4 does get released, I wonder if that would open up many possibilities for other mod teams to make their maps much larger. Hope it goes through for them! 1. It's still the same, here's what I get. OCD: Light Force 88, respond emergency to a auto-ped On scene LF88: Can we get an ALS ambulance? Or, Can we get an 800 ambulance (800)? OCD: Roger, your getting Rescue-37 from ______; Emergency or non-emergency? LF88: Send them Emergency

Not with the city, they do contracts with the hospitals is what I meant. Santa Monica, of course. I grew up there XD sorry for the miscommunication. I'm not up with all the contracted cities. Yea.. Some mod teams have figured it out in either stopped or upcoming mods. I'd like to add to this. Also, another use for the cones. When you have a medical call, on a busy street, set up 3 cones behind your RA, to make room for you to load the patient. I keep having to do this. That way you don't have to park it up on the sidewalk and make people go into the street. Make sure an engine or P.D arrives first to set up the control zone!
