Actually, in LA, usually the entry team and ventilation teams wear SCBA. Your right, we attack the fire from further back. Only if its possible for ventilation or entry is SCBA in use. If a structure is fully involved, we usually let our SCBA hang, or don't wear it at all. Don't need it for every fire. Again. Here, we don't have to don it all the time. Usually entry. But, its bulky and gets in the way, and the PASS gets on everyones nerves after a while. Entry definately needs scba and PASS though. a while back, there was a 2nd story attic fire, and the 2nd story floor collapsed, 2 guys fell through. off topic story o.O anyways, point is, its not really necessary, the only time I see fit is if there's a fire inside. otherwise, not necessary hoppah i think has it fine.

I'm very interested in engine 6, i'm not working on any mods atm, i was working on the D.C mod, but, they changed it and i don't like what its called anymore. I'm up for hire if you need a modeler, just get back to me before they do. Whoever gets ahold of me first has me.

don't get the newest one. it doesn't work. i use 2.08, but, 2.21 is out. They both work well, i'm just more partial to the older 1 right now. there's a bit if difference, but not noticeable.

a reccomendation is zmodeler 2.21, or 2.08, because you can get the full version for free. I use both.

It's not as easy as you think to do something like that. Thats already been discussed in another topic. A truck like that would have to have a static script, you couldn't move it. Something like that isn't good. And whats with the switch. I liked the DC banner... I'd much rather work on an engine than a ladder right now. The ladder's slightly more complex than i thought. I was almost done with it, but I deleted it, cause i lost track of where i was. And my girlfriend's been trying to mess with it. lolz. And work gets in the way sometimes. If you can though, or if you want me to work on something else, send me a few pictures of it, cause what I did was just based on what i know through the lafd about trucks. So i'm not even 100% sure i had the back of it right anyways. Anyways, i'll work on anything you want me to, i'm just more partial to engines.

Nice job changing the audio, I don't know a work around for the video, I don't have time to mess with it. Do you know where the video files are? cause if you do, can't you just take a video, and throw it in with the same format and name? Cause I don't think it can be a mix of formats for the video. I'm just guessing, sorry. I'll come up with something, and if I do, i'll let you know.

I really like hoppah's work. I've just started working with zmodeler, and it is alot of work. I'm definately amazed by what he's done in such a short time, and no. i'm not asking for a release date, but I can't wait till it's released. If its hardcoded, how did winterburg and the NY mod get around it? o.O maybe there's something being missed, to make it possible to have a water supply. Anyways, if you decide you wanna do something with a limit on the supply, you should make it so you could see how much you have on the reserve. it usually only lasts for a little bit though. A good... 3-4min on reserve? that a decent ammount of time at 120-130 gpm? lolz, on a hose alone. if you get a 2nd line going, your out of luck without a reserve line and a hydrant.

That canada car's cool. what I think is kinda funny is, the NY mod seems to be doing alot of the impossible... I think they deserve quite a bit of credit, and to hoppah to. I wonder which 1's gonna break more records in this game. NY or LA?

As far as I know, AMR has lost it with a few of the hospitals, but not all, cause Kaiser Permanente in Culver City still uses AMR as far as i know. Where do you work, by the way, cause L.A City Fire only transports 1 person at a time. I've never seen any ambulance transport more than 1. By transporting more than 1, you increase chance of infection. The single patient in the back is plenty, cause really, box buses are used for the Critical Care. I think Hoppah has it great, I don't think there's anything that needs to be changed with the ambulances. I've also been talking with guys from engine and truck 37, if your farmiliar.

To be truely honest with you, cause it doesn't sound like you know alot, but guys do get left at the station sometimes. cause they move too slow there's always situations like that. If you have to respond to a medical, you don't have time to wait till' everyone's onboard, cause that person could die while your responding o.O and thats why the LAFD makes all firefighters EMT/PARAMEDICS, and they actually won't accept you without a Paramedic license. We can't all sit around and die while 3 FF's are on board, and their waiting for the 4th, who just got started putting on bunker gear... I've never had problems. I think the timers fine. There's probably a way to increase it if you want to, but I wouldn't reccomend it. anyways, great job so far, and maybe it'll come out on my birthday that would be funny XD
