ok so i actually just put windows 10 and set compatibility config. it runs now, no texture loss, but i only get 1fps when i try to run a mod. Or run it in general when i try to start a game.

ok, how do i get the DX Diag? and im not the best with computers so please explain in detail

any way i can make it so i can run it? Its a lenovo and i just had the hard drive replaced. It was this machine that worked perfectly before i had these problems

Yea, its a laptop and yes it is an intel graphics card

Ok so i just installed a couple mods for em4 and they installed fine, but when i go into game with said mods my textures only show the els of cars, and a select few of inanimate objects. All the scripts work fine but the textures are as i just explained. I run a 64 - bit laptop, 2.5Ghz processor, 16 Gb ram, and 1 Tb harddrive. This game has worked perfectly fine fir me before so . . . idk, plz help me. and yes i have tried reinstalling the game

i have Manhattan mod v3 but it wont work i have a 64 bit on windows 7 i installed it via winwar but when i try to enable it in-game it just does the original mod PLZ HELP ME

when i look for the file on my modinstaller i cant find it -
every time i open a rar. file it shows a 911FR icon and when i try to open it, it opens em4 HELP ME

i got a LA siren mod to replace the original LA sirens but the EM4 default sirens overlap my new sirens plz help me out here

turns out it opens now for some miraculous reason lmfao lol for windows 7 go to the file location and it should be there. open your 911FR/EM4 file location, it should be there

my mod installer wont open, im kind of a noob with modding so help me out. i try to open my mod installer but all it says is "911 first responders not installed correctly please reinstall" when i first got the game a few years ago off amazon(download version) i was able to get la mod but now i cant open it at all. i have a 64 bit desktop with windows 7 PLZ HELP ME!!!
