I get this error when turning on the siren, not sure why. I still have more cars to add so I hope it's not because there's too many in one place? After the fact it locks out the commands. http://pastebin.com/0pVsTwGD

No, it's only a portion of the units. There isn't much of a fire department since I'm not happy enough with the progress to put them in, it will be mostly police / ems and a few different fire units. The rest will be released when the map is completed fully. The alpha is basically a teaser.
-
Take a screenshot of how they're setup? Are they connected correctly? I would look through the manual and see if you followed everything correctly.
-
Alpha should be ready tomorrow as long as no problems come up

You have to edit the streets in "Streets" mode (Shift F7), you must have it for emergency vehicles. Wherever you want them to use a street, this has to be set. The streets have to have at least one connected street (Like a three-way street or a one way in a different direction).

There's an adding vehicle tutorial here http://forum.emergency-planet.com/tutorials/article/1-emergency-4-adding-vehicles/

Bama will becoming out with one, which might be compatible and so am I.

I'll be releasing a version this weekend (Alpha test) if all goes well, it will include most police units, ambulances listed on here already and the rural fire department. It will not be on my map yet because some of it is not finished yet.

The doors and wheels don't show, just the body you mean? Click on the car in editor, then click edit on the right scene tab then hit children then add the doors and wheels

What did you do and we'll compare?

Thanks

There's a full tutorial on adding a vehicle here: http://forum.emergency-planet.com/tutorials/category/1-english/ Most vehicles that you download require you to assign everything yourself.

Yup, just a back light setup and headlights that flash. There will be two other versions for the sheriffs department. I won't be adding smaller objects until the end, so far I have plate readers, large antenna and a small antenna. Only a few of them have them right now until I add finishing touches.

Here's all the police units that are currently 100% completed (Lights, textures, scripted in) Still working on about 7-8 more currently. models by itchboy, nnico, bama1234, cops, emc-unit, Lorenzo, Bielefelder

[In Development] Northview: Paramedics
Terrow replied to Chris07's topic in Mod Development and Concepts
EMT here, I would add Epinephrine (Auto injector obviously) and Albuterol. I haven't heard of too many EMT-Bs administering Tylenol, at least around here lol. I'm not sure if you're adding "emt-assisted" medications. Would add Ipratropium Bromide, Midazolam, Promethazine, Diphenhydramine, Hydroxycobalamin (I think it's used for smoke inhalation) for the paramedic. Sorry if I added anything you already have. Will you be doing RSI in this? Would be cool to add the full sequence, pretreatment, sedation, paralytics then post sedation and analgesia. -
I think someone posted before that the game tends to go towards smaller size incidents or something like that? They'll eventually cycle through once you play long enough. If not, then go in the editor and delete the events that keep occurring.

Like measurements for units? If so, It depends on the size of the units in your mod, some mods have larger units. I only measure the vehicles, not pedestrians. My single roads are 50 pixels to fit a vehicle AND lines, and a full two lane road is a little under 100 pixels. My four lanes are about 200, maybe more to fit road lines. The picture that says car is 40 Pixels Hopefully this is what you meant
