-SOLVED- For anyone else wondering how, all you need to do is put your new texture in your Mod files BUT you need the same Path. For example: I replaced the original Traffic light texture, the original is located in Data/Models/Objects/Road Signs/trafficlight01.dds So, I had to make the same path in my mod by creating the folders: Mods/Kent Mod/Models/Objects/Road Signs Then I added the new trafficlight01.dds to that new folder. Then when I load my mod it uses the new texture -
Hi all, I'd like to know how to replace the original textures but for my mod only. Basically I want to make a UK Traffic light texture to replace the original one, but for it to only use that texture when my mod is loaded. Do I need to put the new texture in anywhere specific? Original Texture --> Load Mod --> New texture

Motorbikes as well as Pedal bikes will be added, a PSCO bike will be considered. We will hopefully add commands for the lockers but with the Locker campaigns we will not add as in Kent they do not seem to use them, why I do not know, and we would like to keep it as realistic as possible. -

The Locker section for our Kent Fire & Rescue Scania's is now complete! We now move onto modeling the Scania P270 Cab. -
I'd also like to know this, something like the length it takes to extinguish fires on the FDNY Academy. Im guessing there must be a script for the fire somewhere, not sure which one it is though.

Thanks And it's always nice to see UK mods for games as they are very rare in comparison to US and European mods. I also hope that loads of UK mods get made for EM5! -

I know where the Music is (Audio/Soundtracks). One way is to save your music file with the same name and replace the old file, then it should play your one

Yep, and if I can get the script working there will also be foot patrols! Like the Vehicle patrol option but, well, on foot -

Thank you mate Very kind of you for you to offer the model but we will be using Scania P270's as the main Fire appliances (Things like IRU's will be MAN trucks). The Land Rover is now working in-game but it didn't take me long to completely wreck it... :/ To Do: Scale Down lightbarAdd Lights/SpotlightAdd Commands w/ new commands unique to the Kent ModComplete DoorsThe new map is also now in planning stages. -

True, it would seem that it could have been caused by another vehicle hitting it in the side, just no sign of the other wreck.

If this is in the wrong place then please move/delete Hi all, i was just doing one of the Physical Rescue Assignments on the LA Mod when I realised something strange. SKIDMARKS No it wasn't weird the fact the car had made Skidmarks, what was weird was how if the Skidmarks represented the Crashed Car's path, there would have to be 2 vehicles INSIDE each other. There is two pairs of Marks on the road, each starting at a different position, the wobble about for a bit then seem to merge, right where the crashed vehicle was. If you were a crash investigator this would be a nightmare! Has anyone else noticed this before or is it just a glitch?

No problem, Im surprised it isn't in Data/Audio with a folder called "Voices". Would make more sense

Go to your 911 FR folder and go to Data/Lang/US/Audio/FX/Voices - All the sounds are in there. For example man/0/command_01 is "got it" Hope this helped

Hi all, I have a vehicle I am trying to get into Emergency 4. The Model works fine, but the material/texture does not :/ This is what it looks like: The .DDS file it is trying to use is called lrdis.dds - This is the top of the .V30 text file: [VNUM=1.43] [NUMSURFACES=2][NUMVERTICES=3838][NUMBLENDVERTS=0][NUMPOLYGONS=1770][NUMBONES=0][NUMMUSCLEANIMS=0][NUMMUSCLEFRAMES=0] SRF, Material.004, 0, 0, 0, lrdis.dds, 517, 2, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0 Thanks to any help.

HATO called out to an RTC involving two HGV's. - Other Vehicles and Units are from the London Mod, they will not be used in the Kent Mod.
