  1. Asking for release dates is against site rules, please be careful next time.
  2. Upon closer inspection I have found that the audio file is in stereo format. You need to make the file into a 16 bit mono .wav file. Stereo does not work in Em4.
  3. This is a problem with the DL server that's been an issue for a while now. It usually happens on files bigger than 200mb for reasons that have not been disclosed to me. PM me with the file and I'll see if I can force the server to take it in using my moderator powers.
  4. I had to translate what you said. Please speak English when you can. What exactly do you need with the siren you uploaded. It seems fine to me.
  5. Can you give me more details as to what happened? I can try to resolve some of this for you.
  6. Thanks for letting me know. This is actually a bug I never noticed. I am sure its because of the "accesible" flag not being activated on the model. I have not been able to do much with the mod due to non Em4 concerns. This tow truck is the only thing Ive had the opportunity to make. Rollback rear body textures by Hoppah, everything else by me.
  7. Make sure the tga texture is not compressed. Another equally important step is that the texture should have a resolution that is a multiple of 12. 8192 x 8192 is the standard freeplay size, while something like 4096x4096 is the size you would find in a mission.
  8. Before we can help you, we need information from you to diagnose the exact reason of the crash. We need the Em4 logfile. Upload it here so we can take a look. More questions too: Do other mods work fine? Does your PC/laptop have a dedicated GPU or are you running Intel HD graphics?
  9. What exactly happens? Can you send us your Em4 logfile?
  10. Yes, but you need to do a lot of work with editing the xmls and script files.
  11. There is no way to stop oncoming traffic without sending an officer to the other lane to redirect or stop traffic. I have removed the big trucks from the spawns in the new version. I also included a "delete traffic" button just to be sure. To remove the vehicles, go into the editor. Load up "freeplay.e4m". Once you are in the map, press the F9 key. Choose the spawn point that gets stuck and delete the trucks using the "X" button on the right side. http://www.emergency-planet.com/uploads/monthly_2018_11/5bf6093b4c3a8_Em4Deluxe2018-11-2209-34-58-28.thumb.png.707db6c6c8f9b61d037e4143b132dfd2.png
  12. I think the mod authors have no plans on making any updates to their mod.
  13. Oh. Sarcasm is hard to detect online. @FInn Rescue 12 You can still use the old redirect. @TTBL225 Oncoming traffic will have to be redirected by you.
  14. Why are you going to be banned for saying this? There isnt a reason for you to be banned. You havent broken any rules. You're not the first to point out its similar to the ERS Berlin. It doesnt mean I'm not allowed to have make own script though.
  15. Surprisingly, anyone can do what I've done. Just put in the time and see where you end up.
  16. Dude this is amazing, Ive always wanted a translation for this mod.
  17. Here's a demonstration of a script that spawns waypoints for directing traffic.
  18. I must be in a minority then because every mod lags out for me. LA, NYC and US Army lag the least while the worst offenders for me are the Bieberfelde mod, the Brooklyn and Manhattan mods, and Montana before I did optimization work on it. Other mods like Winterberg and Brandweer Helmond lag out in the same way but only in specific vehicles. At this point, it might depend on how each PC is able to process the data for each vehicle's commands, but at this point I dont have a big enough testing pool to draw a conclusion. I have a theory though: When I tried the West Lampeter mod, it lagged significantly more than most other mods, almost on the level of Montana. I immediately noticed that they had the same command icons. What I did was test that theory out by replacing the unit icons with the original LA mod ones, and the result was that it actually reduced the lag. Now, I am not sure if it was just a fluke but that seemed to have improved performance in that mod. Why it does that? I have yet to know. Changing the texture wouldnt matter unless Em4 loads it up in a very weird way. How about we do an experiment? Try replacing the command icons in the Montana mod (that you have) with the icons from the LA mod. If it comes out with the same result on your end, then maybe we have the answer to the lag problem.
  19. I dont like the idea of a park script but I am willing to provide a script that allows you to rotate vehicles in a specific direction so that they are at least straight or 45 degree parked. Fixing lag on units is a different deal. In the original mod, it lagged really badly but as of right now, it doesnt lag nearly as much. All mods will have the selection lag but I have taken steps to reduce it in the current version of the mod.
  20. The higher the number, the greater the chance.
  21. You need to have a helipad named "chpstation_helipad" on your map. The error is being thrown because the game cannot find the helipad object, so it doesnt know what Policestation (line 236) refers to.
  22. CMD_ToChpStation needs to be in all capital letters. https://www.dropbox.com/s/xmrocokc8fcdv2o/LAToChpStation.script?dl=0 Here is a corrected copy.
