I think I figured out the problem. Because of the website's system, I have to manually approve users before they can DL the file. I'll have to put this up on a notice to address people's concerns.

Should work now.

Unfortunately, nobody here (or in any Em4 community) will make the mod for you. I recommend you start out by learning how to edit the texture of existing vehicles to match the ones in your city.

I need help pleas. I don’t have experience too do it
itchboy replied to mwerto's topic in General Talk
Check the reply to the PM you sent me. You will need to learn those skills on your own, we cannot do the mod for you. However, we can teach you those skills. It will be up to you how you decide to move forward with the knowledge we give you. -
How to add Police Barricade tool to other mod cars?
itchboy replied to BxPanxi's topic in Alteration Help
You inputted too many vehicles, it looks like. Those conditions only allow for maybe 8 or 9 conditions in the "if" section. You will have to split up the vehicles, or do a different setup like this. -
Gotham City PD Sub-Mod [WIP]

Looking good. I dont think that's my lightbar though. The Aerodynic lightbar seems to be rihis, while the Liberty LED bar is from someone else. NNICO perhaps? Not sure who though. -

Let me see how you edited the script. You most likely commited a syntax error. -
Please stay on topic. This is the thread for West Lampeter. The author(s) have no relation to Boston mod and cannot help you.

Units xml has nothing to do with any of the custom equipment found in mods. You need to edit the script files. They contain the list of units that have the barricades. The scripts for ballistic shields, guns, and traffic cones also operate on the same logic. -
More progress on the Ram. The rear bumper is from the EA Games convert of the newer Ram model. More updates on the Lima VFD tanker as well.
-
The removal of 911FR from Steam shouldnt cause problems with the mod. Have you tried calling units from the lower left unit menus? If those work, but the on map spawns work, then I suspect this is an issue with the mod itself than your system.

This thread hasnt been active in almost a decade. Please open up a new thread for your issue.

Should work now.

I too was a kid who enjoyed playing the mod when it was in its early stages. Little did I know I'd become one of the guys working on it just a few years later. We decided to change out the Ford Excursion model to that of MikeyPI. The NNICO version lacked too many details and was not consistent with the other F series models in the mod. Model by MikeyPI.

Gotham City PD Sub-Mod [WIP]
itchboy replied to LibertyWings94's topic in Modification Sub-Mods WIP (In Development)
The wheels he's using seem to be the original NNICO CVPI wheels. There's no problem with it tbh. -
Lima VFD Tanker cab has been modelled. Textures and rear tanker body coming soon.

So... Does People really creates things on Zmodeler?

To convert to Em4 from skethcup, you need to export the sketchup file as a 3ds or any compatible format for Blender or Zmod. Next step is to import it into Blender or Zmod. Only from either of these 2 programs can you export it as v3o. -
Asking for release dates is against site rules. Please be careful in the future.

If you would like to start a discussion about the game, it would be a lot more effective if you would use English so that the majority of people can understand.

Its gonna be a POV. Dillon and Monida have POV chiefs. Lima has a department vehicle. Here's a bit of trivia about the mod's development. Three years ago, we had a fully finished ambulance put together for the mod. It has since been scrapped because we found pictures of the real ambulances. I felt that its been long enough, so here's ambulance 666 in all its gory: To be clear: This bloody mess is not going into the upcoming Montana mod.

Em4 saves light positions using X/Y/Z coordinates. When it saves the coordinates/positions, they round off the numbers to decimal places that are not precise. There's nothing you can do about it. You will have to change up the light setup of what you're trying to do. Instead of using aligned coronas, try using polygon lighting.

Another truck that's making an appearance as a POV. I'll be setting up the Dillon VFD chief car soon.

itchboy replied to alexCNP's topic in Modding Related Support
Yes, people can create things in Zmodeler. Blender is free and you can create things there too. Bama1234 (the modder of Montana mod) is known to use GMAX for his 3d models. As long as you are comfortable with the program and know what you're doing, you can make anything. When your trial of Zm3 runs out, consider doing a "downgrade" to Zm2 and try modelling things there. Zm3 has a special advantage though: You can edit person models in there. -
