Not in a while. A long while. I dont know how to model firetrucks yet. The most I'll probably be able to do are brush trucks or light rescue vehicles. Based on pickup trucks from my mod.

I do have a plan on modifying the LaFrance fire engine into an LAFD tiller for my LA Themed vehicle pack. This civil car pack gets priority though.

The SetRotation function is pointed to float childRot. This float value is unassigned. Use the float value used in the p.GetRotation. Try this for the variable spray: Spray.SetRotation(r[0], r[1], r2], r[3], r[4], r[5], r[6], r[7], r[8]);

Anyone still planning to mod EM4 when the new game releases?

Hopefully EM5 lives up to the high expectations we've set for it. In fact, most of the first EM4 mods were in fact just reskins. Hopefully models and everything else can be ported over. Upgrading one's PC is an issue as well. My PC can barely reach the specs, so I guess I'll wait until my money tree grows back before I consider my options with the game. -

This is just my opinion as of now: I dont necesarily plan on migrating immediately to EM5. I will wait and see its modding capabilities before getting on the bandwagon. Honestly, I dont think any of my models and car packs are going to make it into EM5 simply because of how detailed the default models appear to be. I will definitely be learning the new scripting language of EM5 though. Hopefully we can recreate our beloved LA Mod into EM5 with what we already have. We have the technology. -
Strange....multiplayer and endless should NOT give failing screens. Can anyone else shed some light on to this weird behavior?

Here are the new wheel textures on the Ford Police Interceptors. The Explorer's wheels have also been scaled down a bit. New update coming soon. Not Emc, but here's my opinion: Seems a bit highpoly for a small prop that you can barely see from up in the air, but I wont judge you. Overall, it seems suitable for usage ingame. Just note that too detailed props might increase chances of game crashes. This is why I do not use any custom fire extinguisher, jaws of life, axe, etc, models.

When Montana Mod goes live, then I will continue this mod, but so far, little progress has been made. Began UV mapping the bus. Other than that, nothing new.

Clone tool is only for replicating prototypes. The textures are model dependent. Cloning does nothing to them.

Thanks for translating. This is really interesting.. What if these blocks of the base can be upgraded to say give a bigger radar, or command more units at once, or ability to call more numbers of units. We can only speculate.

Interesting....the base has a functional purpose. I'm curious if that means we can like upgrade it to get more personell or units...

Hmmm....graphics card? Some GPU's esp. Intel give problems on the unit selector screen. Try vanilla EM4 if it still gives you these problems. -
Yep, thats challenge mode. Try setting ingame difficulty lower. Also, try playing in endless mode if you dont want to be pressured into having to control fires.

Did you remove the rambar in zmod, then RENAME the rambar to something else other that cv_umpc or delete it, then export the rambar - less cvpi into the game? Did you point the prototype to the modified v3o? Did you export the model with the proper name in Zmod?

Note that for police officer units, some of them might have 2 different pictures for the male and female units. Unless you based the units xml of the CHP patrol car (since your mod is LA Mod based)
