When i go into the sounds tab, it says i cant upload?? Regards P.R.T

I am nearly finished with a siren pack if been working on, however i encountered a problem: After adding the sirens in game, when i turn the siren on, no sound is made? I increased the volume via Audiacity to lvl.5.0, still nothing. Any ideas?? Regards P.R.T
