((((Help)))) I downloaded La and NY mods and extracted with WinRaR. However, after doing so when I try to open the file I get a message that says. (Windows cannot access specified device, or file. You my not have the appropriate permissions to access the item). What is this and how do I get around it. Thank you for any help.
