Im trying to look for a pc with windows 7 or vista that would be ale to handle the gta lcpdfr with els,car ods, etc and one tht could handle emergency 4 mods well

For gta I will just be doing lcpdfr

So the second one in the link would be good for modding,911 first responders and gta?

My range is anything under 800

So what's good pc for gaming???

Thanks guys! And one more thing I'm having trouble with when I try to take a vechial from one mod to another the vechial is just like one prototype? Like I was trying to take an engine from north view south county mod and put it into the la mod but it's only like one folder that says engine1 for model and prototype! If anyone could give me a hand with this I would appreciate it alot!
