I love the mod, it's awesome, and I know I shouldn't be posting this here but please if someone can help me, how to stop does cars from blocking the road, it's just annoying that it blocks off the whole city. Sorry and thank you

Is there any way that you can guys add in LA mod vest from Sheriff's Department, like this and to make LAPD Seregant, so he can have M4 or AR15? that would be cool.
