  1. Interesting. Are you planning on using the LA mod's trailer script for that or you have other plans in mind?
  2. On the one hand, it's understandable being tired of seeing mods in development that then don't get released. There are some mods that I really liked to have come out, but didn't. On the other hand, however, we have to be in the mods developers' shoes. Modding is not a paid job, it's done in the free time they have. And as anyone else, they can get tired of what they do, of the projects they're working on, and want to put them aside to do something different on the game, or just stop modding for a while. Or maybe something has happened in their social life, family, jobs, health... that is more importante and has made them change priorities. Or they can simply have less time. So, be respectful, these people spend a long time doing this stuff for free, with the time they have available, and telling them what they should do with their very own free time, or with the old version (which in my case is unstable and has performance issues), is going to do nothing but burning them out and discourage them to continue.
  3. As far as I'm aware, there were two submods, but none of them got released.
  4. Here's an editor manual if you want to make those more complex calls or change the map a bit. https://www.emergency-forum.de/filebase/index.php?entry/1130-emergency-4-editor-anleitung-englisch/
  5. In the editor, you'll find the doors in the Scene window. Go to the Objects tab and to _VehicleParts_doors. To edit a vehicle's doors, go to the Vehicles tab, select the vehicle, click on Edit, then go to Edit Children.
  6. Hi. I found a small bug with the MCU's floodlights. They don't seem to turn off, at least when the MCU is deployed. It still makes the animation, it's just the floodlights that don't work as expected.
  7. Those are the LA Mod missions. They aren't on the base game, they come with the LA Mod and some of its submods.
  8. I remember trying exactly the same thing a few years ago. At least you didn't do it to all your vehicles before testing how it works...
  9. Hi. Is there any way to make both EM4 and its editor start in the secondary screen in windowless mode?
  10. In Spain, EMS competences are handled not by the local fire department (in my case the SCIAB), but are inside the healthcare services, which are run by the autonomous communities (in my case, the SESCAM is the one in charge of managing EMS calls). This makes the SCIAB and SESCAM use two different dispatch offices, and thus, firefighters don't respond to a simple EMS call. Apart from that, SESCAM ambulances have more personnel than the usual two in the US, so they don't need additional help, there are enough people on a SESCAM ambulance to handle EMS calls by themselves.
  11. Do you have something planned if a player messes up with a patient (giving insulin to a patient low on glucose, carelessly lifting a patient with a spinal cord injury...)?
  12. Oh. OK. Thanks. http://www.emergency-planet.com/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.png
  13. Hi. Do you mind if I ask why it will not work with other mods or submods?
  14. It didn't find the normal installation path because it's the Steam version. Press OK and then put the EM4 install folder (it should be located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common folder).
  15. As mr matt said, not many people is willing to help if no progress is shown or done for now. Upload some pictures of your mod or try learning to model instead, there are some tutorials on this forum.
  16. De nada, lo mismo digo. http://www.emergency-planet.com/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.png
  17. I did also find an error on line 81 of LAGetTHWBag: Caller->PushActionExecuteCommand(ACTION_APPEND, DUMMY_EQUIPMENT, Target, 9, false); This directs to this:
  18. I assume you are playing the LA mod or a submod that's based on LA mod. You can copy and modify the LAGetEMTBag file to make engineers get THW bags. Also, you can take a look at the LAEquipmentCommands file to add/remove the repair command when they get/remove the THW bag.
  19. There's the command ChangePrototype. It just swaps the prototype of the vehicle for another prototype of another vehicle.
  20. If you don't happen to have a mouse, you can use the crappy navigator by going to Edit --> Show Navigator, or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N.
  21. You should uncheck the AlphaReflections option in order to remove that weird glow.
