  1. Ah right, so many replies, didn't see! Thanks. It damn right is! Goodjob all.
  2. Sorry about my signature, I've dealt with it now!

  3. Brilliant! Love it =D Going to also add the new LAA livery? The red & battenburg on the Octavias
  4. It does sound like a good starting point. It would definitely be a good RP point to any mod, to have detachable and extendable ladders. I can sort of think how it might work. An object is modeled as a ladder. (Easy for 3D Modellers) The Ladder Pump all ready has a model on, this can be 'removed' from the Ladder Pump to make it look like the ladder has come off (Bit like with the equiptment shutters on current Ladder Pumps in the game!) And at the same time a ladder model appears in the Fire-Fighter's hand, the FFs have a button which you click called 'Grab Ladder' and you must click on a Ladder Pump for it to 'appear' in their hands. The difficult part would be raising it to a building and getting fire-fighters to use it. Maybe with certain 'enterable' buildings you can click the Fire-fighter with the ladder and click the 'enterable' building as it highlights in blue. The ladder model then disappears from the fire-fighter and an extended ladder model (3D modeller could also do this) spawns at a set spawn point next to the building, below a window. Then any fire-fighter can click the ladder and they go to the base of it, 'dissapear' and then respawn in the building next to the window. It's a little bit un-realistic, but it's a good starting point to a fully working ladder script for any mod. Would also be good for RP training with the climbing frame ladders out the back of the fire stations. Anyone else got ideas? Sounds like rush hour in Hereford! (The amount of times I see a vehicle on 999 not able to get through traffic stuck at the traffic lights because their station/hospital (Spawn point) is blocked)
  5. Yeah the same here. What would be suitable is if the Pump Rescue Ladders could detach their ladders with two FFs and put them up against a building, so the FFs can climb them. How-ever this is extremely difficult to mod into a game where this currently isn't possible.
  6. Oh btw will their be a detailed and working London Ambulance Service Hazardous Area Response Team?
  7. The HVP is a fantastic vehicle and it's good how the back comes off, how-ever what would be really good is a flood from the stream in the town of Welford where the HVP can be used? Seen as in Somerset right now that's what's happening. Just a suggestion
  8. Wow this looks superb! Can't wait for it's release, been wanting one with it's own map that looks similarish to a UK metrpolitan city, e.g London. So I can do UK emergency service - urban and rural (Welfordshire) when I feel like it. Goodjob, keep it up! Oh and P.S - will there be fire boats from Lambeth? As the other London mod didn't have fire boats, only Met pol marine units. Hmm very interesting with the battenburg... I prefer the jam sandwich personally for ARVs and DPG.
  9. The Welfordshire mod is great fun! Had a realistic gas explosion today that set off other explosions from nearby gas cylinders.

I had that and gas cylinders flew into the road and hit some of the traffic lol

    3. Handsup!

      Handsup!

I had an incident that meant i had to manually drag each cylinder out the way to get to a victim haha

Likewise Handsup and Beasty, they get really nasty!

But usually no deaths occur from these if you're quick.

  10. Would love Martinhorns back for my local fire service!

  11. Saw the title and was like 'What!?' Then I realised. In my opinion: Jam Sandwich for general policing. (Area cars, SCO19, TSG...etc) Battenburg for roads policing. (Traffic cars, traffic bikes...etc) Current as it is basicaly.
  12. Hi, as requested! http://www.flickr.com/photos/cobraemergencyphotos/
  13. Fantastic, been waiting for a mod like this! Set in the UK with Two-Tone sirens, a made map, realism...etc! Thanks - looking forward to playing! For me the women had suffered injuries and the man was still doing... well, you know what. Sent mountain rescue up there to save the women, sent a bunch of police to arrest the hooligans lol.
