So i now fixed the modloader and when i try to install London Mod it says file corrupted then starts downloading but ive been here sitting 28 minutes and the file hasnt finished. Help Please

Yes I have a folder named Mods it contains La mod and manhattan

THIS TOPIC HAS BEEN SOLVED NO NEED TO QUOTE Ok, so i love emergency 4 and i love modding it but when i tried to install miami mod which was a mod i was waiting for years..i realised that it needed mod installer so when i opened mod installer it said not installed correctly. so i re-install it says the samething PLEASE HELP ME p.s i bought emergency 4 off amazon and the directory was modded because i heard you need to use sixteen tons entertainment so here is the directory: C:\ programs (x86) sixteen tons entertainment and instead of saying emergency 4 it says 911 first responders HELP HELP PLEASE By the way sorry for bad grammar
