I'm not sure if this is the exact spot for this topic, but I'm currently on a laptop with Intel HD Graphics and as we all know that cannot run the modification, but I've been looking into getting a new laptop that is capable of playing most of the games, and was wondering if these specifications would run the modification? CPU : AMD A8-5550M Quad Core 2.1GHz GPU : Radeon 8550G Memory : 8GB I apologize if this isn't the correct place for the topic, I just thought technical support would be the place. I appreciate any feedback.

Try this: its from M1 Tanker Problem Solved, see below how I got it to work. I did this both for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and HKEY_CURRENT_USER 1. Re-install 911 First Responders to C:\Program Files (x86)\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4 instead of the default directory. 2. Start regedit by selecting Start - Run, typing in 'regedit' and then hitting 'OK'. 3. Select 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE' and press the '+' button to its left to expand the list. 4. Next, select 'SOFTWARE' and press the '+' button to its left to expand the list. 5. Right-click on 'SOFTWARE' and select New > Key. Enter the new key name: sixteen tons entertainment 6. Right-click on 'sixteen tons entertainment' and select New > Key. Enter the new key name: Emergency 4 7. Right-click on 'Emergency 4' and select New > String value. Enter the new key name: Installdir 8. Right-click on 'Installdir' and select Modify. In the 'Value Data' field, C:\Program Files (x86)\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4 Now, exit the registry editor by selecting the File menu and then clicking on Exit. Thanks mercurygrandmarquis1 Also, as for the modinstaller, you'll have to uninstall it all anyways during this, so that might fix it once you finish all the above.

The Development Team has testers and team members that have intel graphics and have said countless times that it will run for Intel Graphics which is quite a nice thing to hear since I think this modification will do amazing supporting "low budget" graphics cards.

With that said, how many patrol cars will be able to park on the street, since I personally like to have afew ESU parked near it for fast-response

I think gas leak would be a nice call to make it a Modification with a call that no other modification has (as far as I know).

This modification looks absolutely amazing, and even by how long you guys have been working on it, just proves the fact that it's going to be another LA Mod:)

You can edit speeds by going into the Vehicles section and editing their unit.xml files.

Im up for some multiplayer all night and day today, let me know who wants to play.

Modification Creators and Developers won't just give Testing Permissions to just anyone, they let people who know how to rigerously test and inspect the game. Testers are also expected to know how to fix issues once they find them. They also only pick trusted users as people leak alot when they pick untrusted people to test.

Password is in the post in Announcements, also I'd be up for playing but not a big fan of Hamachi or talking as it just plainout distracts me when responding to calls or deciding which units to send (I like to send a ALS Engine to medicals that ewquire if and BLS ambulances to big fires.

(Note posting this for any curious users other than making a whole new thread)You can edit the "MinDurationBetweenEvents" in fp_params_endless to a more desireable number so you dont get overwhelmed with calls, but making it one at a time would defeat the realism as inreal life, there can be any number of 911 calls at a time.

Access Denied could have been fixed by simply going into the security proporties of the .cfg file and editing your user to allow all.

Yea I tried the whole flares thing, in the end I endedup loading a old save of the freeplay because it took too much time to cleanup and tied up my Engines.

Hey guys, I was wondering how realistic everyone gets with landing zones for like Police Helicopters and even Medivacs, for me I typically callin a marked unit or two (depends on the traffic) to blockoff the roads and sidewalks, Does anyone else have a different approach on their tactics for that?

Its clearly dead, you guys should not be pulling up a dead-thread, Mod please close. Also since you guys seem new, Its against the rules to bring up old and/or dead (i.e. threads that have not been updated by original creator for awhile).

Once its successfully installed into your Mods Folder, startup the game, and click "Modifications" on the start screen of the game, once you click that, do not click again until it shows the start screen again, that means the modification is loaded and then you can hit "Freeplay" and pick which type of game you'd like to play (Challenge / Freeplay). [ Note, Modifications can take upto 15 minutes or longer depending on the Quality and Size of the modification ]

LA Mod always worked easy for me while installing, is it a automatic installer or are you trying to use the 911/EM4 mod installer located in the 911/EM4 folder. But if you just recently bought the game and downloaded it, for the mod installer to work, please do exactly as instructed below. 1. Yes its to be released sometime this year

I had downloaded Manhattan Modification and moved it to my Mods folder, all my other mods work fine and the mod itself loads but when I go to start a singleplayer game (both versions), it gives me a "OpenGL error code detected: out of memory" , I have Intel HD Graphics Card (Yes I know its not the best for a mod of that size, thats why I use SD), is there anyway to fix this? Any assistance is verymuch appreciated:) Edit: Im not sure if this is the wrong section or not, if it is would a mod please move it

I keep trying to load the Manhatten Mod v 2.0.3 but it keeps crashing on me when it gets to about 85% of Freeplay/Challenge Loading. Is there a way I can fix this?

I recently bought a downloadable copy off Amazon and downloaded it, but when I try to use the mod installer to activate NY Mod (I have NY Mod installed on my laptop) it keeps saying I need to uninstall it and reinstall it, Im on Windows 8,1+ and am not sure if I do have to reinstall it or just fix it?
