Hello. So I downloaded LA Mod, has a good bash on it, however I've recently downloaded Harbor City mod as it's just generally more up to date and a lot more things work. One disadvantage is that the army and SWAT water-tank are disabled, meaning riots are near-on impossible to control. I was wondering, for a start-- how I'd re-enable the water tank? I've done some looking at the files, and the model still seems to be in place I just can't find a Enable/Disable file like with the events that happened in EM4. I guess I'm looking for a line in a file which is like <Enabled value = "x" /> and it's most likely set to 0. Cheers.
