best buy website im sorry i got em4 from direct 2 drive.com the tech support are not the brightest

ok so i downloaded em4 after paying for it online first i would get a warning about securom loader error so i ran as administrator with service 2 pack and the game begins to load the screen just goes black i have to task manager to get out of it can any one help

ok got it i have been trying to click everywhere to hook it up but i cant gat anything ok so i found the hook ups finally thanks for the help
