    I never noticed that but still winterberg mod is more realistic with an actual driver going in the vehicle to drive it.When there's no personal in the vehicle in winterberg mod,it wouldn't move but la mod should have this too.

    Winterberg mod is only missing one step to it,winterberg mod has to have a driver in the vehicle to drive it but LA mod does not.All winterberg mod is missing is the turn on and off engine part.

    I've seen nobody make a mod where they actually start the vehicle engine and once it's started,they can drive.When it parks,the driver turns it off.

    I play it by using the money cheat and going crazy with dispatching. My craziest dispatching vehicles so far is 50 fbi suvs and 20 police motorcycles for the VIP escore mission and for the raid in station area in EM4,I dispatched 20 water tenders to help my other 4,1 blew up and for that mission,I got 40% score for shooting the suspects down.

    If you played any other mod or regular emergency 4 before loading this,it will cause the problem.The fix I use to solve it is just to restart emergency 4 and load the mod again.

    You can do something with it,if you click forest fire,and you click the first fire engine on number 1 group then it will send like 9-10 more fire engines to help with the forest fire instead of 3.There are like 3-5 fire stations helping in the forest fire,you can tell by the 3-5 fire chiefs.
