when i go to reinstall it wont let me download the game to C:\Program Files (x86)\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4 like said to do it dosent even find it. what do i do now i cant even get la mod to work

Hi all i need help i bought 911 first responder off amazon and it did not come with a mod installer is there any other way of add mods iv tryed going to the sixteen tons folder droping it in the mod folder in side that and unziping it and it still dosent work.
