You can't download v1.9 anymore. The only way to get it is for someone to send you the files.

In multiplayer I have noticed people making X's on the map, how do you do this? Never-mind I worked it out.

This works fine for me but for other players the chase command doesn't work and I can't think why it works fine for me but for no-one else as I have the not edited my files at all.

I don't think you can slow the spread of fire but you can limit the number of fire calls. See here.

You may have you edit the security settings on the file to allow you to edit it.

You can, but only if the other player(s) have the exact same files as you.

It probably won't be added as the mod is based in Weymouth and that's Tenby's lifeboat station once-more they have already made the lifeboat station. It would also be quite hard to make one with a ramp like that.
