    Are you using the desktop icon or Loading it via the 'modifications' menu?

    No, you download it as an application file, then you double click on it and it will run an installer. Then it will be fully installed and ready to play.

    The LA mod doesn't use the 'mod installer' it has it's own installer.

    If you see this then it's installed. You might have a desktop icon (I see you have one in your program files) or load EM4 go in to the modifications menu and select Los Angeles mod v2.0 Look at the 'Los Angeles Mod Manual' for more detail.

    You click on the file and run the installer then you follow the instructions.

    In the editor you can edit certain things on cars one of which is 'towable'. But I'm not sure if this works for all the cars.
