Not really, your talking about rotorays. Off-topic would be: ''I'm going to the antarctic tomorrow to watch banana, anyone want to come with me?'' That would be truly off-topic. Back on topic: I think rotorays are a complete waste of everything. As you say they should spend their money on more important things.

A very much doubt they would be able to build a map with so many pedestrian and still function OK. Why don't you want to know?

I'm not sure there is anything that can be done, you can try reinstalling in the mod and the workaround but I'm not sure it will work. It seems to be fine on some computer and not on others. Just don't press 'New campaign'.
