the battery gets spicy enough if you put it in an oven or a pan... my phone is a samsung D900i. i guess i dont need an expensive phone becouse of my work as a carpenter. i would break it quite easy i guess.

if i'm right you can attach lights to a child but if you put it on a vehicle the lights just wont work.

i dont think it's possible to recreate rotorays, maybe with an animation but not the lights

it is possible but it can be also anoying if you have nobody to enter the vehicle, you cant move it if it's in the way. you cant get it back to base becouse your personell died at a car explosion or in a shootout. yes it would be more realistic but i guess it depends on the modder if this would be in a mod or not.

here in holland we have quite a lot of departments that train cadets. although they are not allowed to ride along on the truck and help on scene. it's just training and every year there are contests all over the country. and sometimes they also do shows. you can see some pictures here: http://www.brandweerkampen.net/jeugdbrw/fotooverzicht.htm
