    uninstal your ladder truck and then select the building. sellect the uninstalled ladder truck > right mouse button on the building if it´s right you can get the two wounded people now

    you have to see what is on the roof of the model, then you can see what part of the skins is the roof. if the roof is white, the only thing you can do is make some lines and see if you can find the roof

    you have to extract it with winzip or winrar and you have to put the map in ...\Emergency 4\Mods
