There is no full mod. This is a submod of the LA Mod. A submod is a mod of a mod, meaning it uses the same scripts, and usually has different vehicles and maps, of an already completed mod. -Conroy

Create a shortcut to the em4.exe file in the Emergency 4 directory then right click it, and in the Target box, put this: "Path to Em4.exe" -mod "Folder which contains the NY Mod" So for example, mine is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4\Em4.exe" -mod "Los Angeles Mod v2.0 NY"

Your resolution isn't changed. It will be the same as it was before.

The game doesn't support your resolution. Nvidia loads games up in the resolution they are set to (to maintain the aspect ratio), so therefore it won't be full screen. There is a file which has the resolution options, but I forgot which one. The best way to prevent this happening is to change your resolution via the Nvidia Control Panel. Open up the Nvidia Control Panel and go to Display -> Change resolution. Click Customize and then Create Custom Resolution. Horizontal and Vertical pixels should be the same as your resolution. Your refresh rate and colour depth should also remain the same. Scan type should be Progressive. Timing should be automatic. Click test and apply. Problem should be solved (unless of course it is caused by another issue). This works for all games. -Conroy

Only extract the files from the resource folder if the installer doesn't work. The installer extracts those files for you. -Conroy

If you use the shape tool it creates a new layer. If you use the marquee tool and fill it in, then it doesn't create a new layer. In other words, make sure you are not in the background layer, and also make sure the rectangle you create is in a layer on its own (so when you duplicate it's only the rectangle you duplicate).

HDR is a new setting in CS5. The way I do it works in all photoshop series.

Are we still talking about this submod or...? Hehe Anyway, Good work Xplorer, I am looking forward to playing on this. I always liked the map, but the paths were a bit screwed up. It will be good to play on once you've done your shizz. If you want the installer, let me know. -Conroy -

FIRST OF ALL TAKE OFF CAPS LOCK. Second of all make sure you have Emergency 4/911: First Responders installed, after all it is a mod.. If you still get errors make sure your file isn't corrupt (redownload).
