Tazbrw, you need to give more information. What are your PC specs, load up LogFile etc..

I know how to fix this. Now, in your main folder, program files\sixteen tons entertainment\emergency 4 you see the map ''Data'', what you now need to do is to make an new map named ''Mods''. If u have done this, the ModInstaller won't say anymorethat the package is corrupted.

OMG... He's talkin about Emergency 3. And if u install Emergency 3, the map ''Mods'' is already in the main folder (sixteen tons entertainment/emergency 3/)
