Yeah I've tried running compatibility mode several times, but I don't have any luck. The gameplay worked on vista, but the sound was a little messed up. I searched google and youtube for answers and I read that some people have no problems running on windows 8 and others have a lot of problems. RCT1

I'm trying to install Roller Coaster Tycoon on my new Windows 8 PC, but I keep receiving error trapper messages. It use to only appear during gameplay or at the main menu, but now I can't start the game without it popping up. It worked fine on my old Windows Vista PC.

The death toll is still at 3, but the injured toll is now at 176. Sad news.

I've tried reinstalling the London mod over and over, but the LA mod missions never show for me.

I need assistance. I loaded 911FR and clicked multiplayer. It started to connect to the internet, but after 5 seconds it crashed to my desktop. I tried it again and it did the samething. I never had this problem before with multiplayer. I did update my internet security software recently and I tried looking into it to see what was the problem but I didn't find anything. Any Idea's?

I've been trying to get the banner to work. It wasn't showing up. But after trying different things it, I got it to show. -

I went to the page and followed the directions. In my signature settings, after I paste it, it shows a red X but not the banner itself. Is that normal?Edit: It didn't work

I've found some bugs in version 1.2. The fire SUV doesn't respond when I tell it to go to the fire station. It just sit's in one spot and does nothing. When I click on the military van the whole game crashes. And i found 2 intersections that cause traffic jams. Also, I know these aren't bugs, but I can't figure out how to get the firefighters out of the stations and into the fire trucks. And when I unzipped the file, there was no readme. Not sure if there was supposed to be one in there. Nice job on everything else, though.

They do have one fire engine. And you have the option to change it to a ladder truck via customization.

Yeah, they're all from the main fire station and it happens all over that map.

The pump, the pump/ladder, the turn table ladder and the equipment truck are the ones I have trouble with. Yes I do have a PDF viewer.

The London mod is awesome! Although, I have notice some bugs. Some of the fire trucks have trouble going back to the station. And twice while playing freeplay, the game crashed to my desktop. Also, I don't know if this is considered a bug, but it won't let me download the mod read me nor the bugs and issues read me.

You know what would be an interesting mod, the emergency vehicles from the TV show In the Heat of the Night. I would like to create one, but my compuer skills aren't the best. I can't even get the LA 90's submod to work.

Just copy the files that come in the .rar in the LA mod folder.
