I have received this a few minutes ago and have decided to remove this morning's post as a sign of good faith. For me, this matter is resolved, and I expect it to be resolved for all of you as well (please do not repost any of the information or pictures disclosed this morning, including parodies). However, I did tell him that if he were to ever come back, my previous post will be back as well and will stay there.

I think the confusion comes from the fact that he copied your username at some point. Don't worry about it.

It's not really a trick. Just showcasing publicly available information. But I like to use scary words like "trick", "magic", "paranormal", "unexplainable" and such.

A lot of you have submitted reports and/or posted in mod topics in the last few weeks concerning model theft in mods by bombeiro39. In light of those reports and my own observations, I have decided to simply delete all mod topics started by bombeiro39. Also, I would like to point out that this member has been banned a few weeks ago, because of theft and several other offenses against site rules (for one thing, he had already been banned over a year ago for spamming, but we only recently found out that he was the same person). However, we found out that he his using dynamic IP addresses and thus may probably return here at will despite our best efforts to keep him away - and he has already done so a couple of times. We usually ban his new accounts within a few posts and reports, but he always gets a chance to slip through the cracks for a few hours or days. Please report him if you suspect a new member might be him. Here are a few signs that it could be him: Will post in Portuguese mod posts and/or start his own Broken English User name often in relation with Portugal, bombeiro, Dr Thrax. Will post a lot of photos and Youtube videos of portuguese firefighting equipment Will double post a lot If he posts a mod, units are likely to be recolors of stolen units While an effective ban is virtually impossible, and we can't just ban the whole country of Portugal, we're hoping he will eventually get bored of continuously coming here to see his posts erased and his accounts banned. I've also got a nasty little trick up my sleeve if he does come back again. As it stands now, he hasn't registered a new account for a few days... He may already have given up, or he's planning to return soon... or in a few months. Stay on the lookout.

What do you mean, wrong topic? This topic is about a guy encountering problems with his mod and people pointing him to a possible issue with his graphics card. So far the only off-topic post in there is yours (and that other guy who randomly said something about EM2012). EDIT: Oh, I see. The word you were looking for is "section". I'm pretty sure a 2012 release window is unlikely by now. The Fall/Holiday lineup is already pretty full for this year (COD:Black Ops II, Assassin's Creed 3, Halo 4, FarCry 3, Need For Speed, etc). Besides, if it had been set to be released by December, you'd already know about it. Rockstar likes to hype their games a lot about 3 months before release, yet all we've got so far concerning GTA5 is the trailer and a few screenshots - no information about a release window, features, story, etc. I would expect GTA5 somewhere during Spring 2013 - with May being the likeliest month of release, seeing as Rockstar's latest 3 big titles have been released in mid-May (Max Payne 3 : 15 May 2012, L.A. Noire : 17 May 2011 and Red Dead Redemption : 18 May 2010).

I have been notified that there is some, quote, "drama", unquote, going on in this topic. Then again, I'm not very surprised, as a mod topic that reaches over 300 pages is bound to experience some hiccups every now and then. I'd just like to point out that there haven't been many, if any, reports lately about this topic concerning episodes of hate or otherwise sh*tty behavior. I can't be everywhere at all times, and neither can our limited team of moderators, so we're counting on you to point out objectionable posts and disruptive members through the Report button so that they can be dealt with. I'm sad to see some of you are resorting to leaving this place and/or quitting modding due to childish behavior from some other members. I respect and understand your decision if it is final, but know that if you ever change your mind, I will be glad to help (and so will the rest of the moderators team) if you would be so kind as to report any post or member that happens to be rude and disrespectful. I think I have already made it clear that I have a very small threshold of tolerance regarding a-holes. Rest assured that they won't be bothering anyone for long.

I was in 10th grade (15 y/o) back then. Rumors had already been spreading around between classes as some teachers had seen the events on TV in the teachers' lounge. The principal went on the PA to announce what had happened. I clearly remember him saying "the World Trade Center in New York has been destroyed"... we were shocked and incredulous at the same time, it sounded more like a scenario out of a Roland Emmerich movie than like something that could happen in real life. It felt very strange - we knew that the world would never be the same from that point on. Rumors kept pouring during the day, adding to that uneasy feeling. There were rumors that other countries like the UK or France had been attacked; that there were more planes on the way (at some point someone said Toronto was attacked, which made us worry that Montreal might be next); that the attackers were from a japanese cult... you get the picture. Some of us feared that this might have been the starting point of World War 3 and that we would soon experience the dire consequences that this would bring. At the end of the day, when I got home and finally saw the footage and got the facts straight, I realized the true extent of what had happened that day.
