More realistic/interresting multiplayer mode one commander inside the coordination center who recieves 911 calls with dialog options like in an RPG (picked dialog options will influence the call e.g. when there's a jumper on a roof) and alarms other vehicles/stations (assignes calls to diffrent players). This guy is also responsible to process requests of other players (e.g. if a police officer needs EMS on his location) All other players command a predefined set of vehicles and persons (e.g. one or two firestations, EMS or Police). This will only work if there is a limited viewing distance for all units (You only know the information given by the civilian who dialed 911, you can't send the required amount of ambulance and technical halp right away) and a bigger map (it doesn't have to be visible in it's full glory all the time) And all you've said before (supply lines, limited water supply, better graphics and proportions, buildings with multiple stores (which can be entered without a ladder!!!), paramedics who can break windows and doors (yeah, they do that in reality), Paramedics who are real paramedics (both can treat patients and get a stryker), realistic mass casualty-units (tents, a lot of pramedics, ...), ... AND an multiple modes from aracarde to realistic as sh*** so i can get all those CoD playing kids to play it.
