They have LEDs in GTA IV, they're just horrible, yet GTA V seems to fix that issue

Hum, it's hard to change hardware on laptop mate... When I play 911:FR on my dell laptop (intel graphic card aswell) I can't even seen the unit picture... Intel is great with CPUs, but they tottaly suck with graphics cards..

Well if it's a desktop pc I recomend getting an Nvidea graphic card, never let me down before. If it's out of your budget then an ATI should do the job aswell.

Have you tried with 7zip then? The same happened to me but the solution I presented to you worked for me so... I'm sorry that I can't be of much assistance then...

Same happened to me. What you must do is right click it, "open with", select "winrar" and it will be able to open it. It's a glitch with winrar sometimes with zip files, but it does support the file.
