If the combination is the poblem then you just need to re-install all of EM4 And then dowload 2.0 and update it and install all the submods you want. Then is 1.9 clear of EM4 and only 2.0 on EM4.

The DUSK cheat.. That isn't quite random. And if you try it it does one of 3 big events. So litte events like pickpocketing doesn't happen (and I believe that you want to make all the events happen in your submod?)

Ow.. That when you call an ambulance but there isn't one availble that there isn't bought one and that there just no ambulance come's. You need to buy a ambulance yourself and get them to the scene.. (Where are you from btw ?)

Like the fences ? They are (I believe) in some police cars and I know for sure that the fences are in the national guard truck.

Becouse they can't.. You can't blame a country of making an other country poor.. If you can .. than every country is guilty, even they're own country. Actually my dad told me (Who worked for the UN in the Dutch USAR team) that they are better of in a earthquake totally poor than a bit poor. The most people lived in wooden shelters etc. but I rather have some wood falling down on my head than concrete or stone (like 'normal' houses). He went to the earthquake in Turkey a long time ago and there they were poor but all lived in concrete buildings. They are more difficould to save them becouse a person can't lift a lot and they had more serius wounds. Wooden structures doesn't give suchs serius wounds (I DON'T SAY THEY CAN'T BUT MORE CHANCE OF IT) and you can get the debris quicker away. The thing that is going to kill the most of people are the bad roads. You can sent a lot of USAR teams there but if you can't make it far you won't save that much people. Also they can't bring supplies. That's all I wanted to say.. Every country is helping as they can and you can't blame a country of this

Hi, Maybe dumb question (and maybe asked before but I couldn't find it): Is there a way to change the time delay to 0 (or less) on the fireplane ? When you send in a fire plane you have to wait a time but I want that I can call an other sooner. MMT-Fan

Maybe not.. In the US it happens often that FDs chooses to also do EMS with the fire engines. In Atlanta they do it. When there is a call the engine goes out and they are EMT's so the ambulance is only for transport.

That they're are sold out by Code 3 doesn't mean you can't buy them. In the Netherlands a couple of times a year there is a big event for toycars/collectables. There are some people who sell Code 3 there and there is someone who imports them and sell's them there. There is always a way to get the one you wanted

My dad has some of them. I believe 3 ambulances, 2 towers, FDNY rescue 1 and 3 (the ones before 9/11) Chicago o'hare ladder, EMS supervisor, Firefighter supervisor, ALF '70ties truck from Beverly hills, Some FDNY engines.. I don't know them all of them, I should take a look at them. He buy's that ones with a reason, the most are ones he worked on (All FDNY ones and Ambulances) an d the ALF becouse ALF is his favo manufactur (don't know how to spell it exactly) and the O'hare becouse he almost crashed on a airplane to chicago and that was the truck that came first on scene And they are all very nice, and also very expensive indeed.

Well, You can get a million costing graphics card but.. when you dont have enough money left for something like a decent CPU and when you want to get the best out of your card the Intel i7 CPU is the best (and expensive). If you buy a card like a GTX295 and you only have like a dual core or something you won't see the changes because the CPU can't handle it anymore.

There aren't any drivers you need to install or software you need to install ? But you say control F4 works so ctrl alt del does that work ? or not ? And Like ABC etc does that work ?
