  1. These agents are not supposed to have that command at all. I just copied the prototype file of the LAPD officer and forgot to delete the commands later. Everything will be fixed later.
  2. The fixed map will only be installed when the installer can confirm you have actually the new map installed. When you select your desktop as installation location for the patch the fixed map won't be installed. That's why you HAVE TO select your game folder...
  3. Steady burns are only part of the regulations in California I believe. It's not policy for every US state.
  4. Forgot to mention that Newfoundking made the lights for 5 vehicles. That means all vehicles have lights.
  5. Huh? Space for personnel is 3 Loadspace for patients is 2 So the large rescue ambulance can transport 2 patients. Default staffing is 2 x FF/PM's with stretcher and 1 x FF/PM

  7. Unless they changed it the last year, power call is not being used in Los Angeles nor is the electronic Q-siren. That's what MikesPhotos told me I think.

  9. I tried to fix it but I don't understand why no people show up inside the building besides hostage takers. They are there in the editor.

  11. Sigh... That model of that bus is very undetailed and not realistic. It doesn't look like anything like the real one. Then you have to redo the coding which involves making prototypes, unit images, text files and some other important files. Oh, and I also need to make the scripts (like the siren script) compatible with the vehicle. The vehiclecoding in EM3 is not the same as EM4, so it DOES NOT involve 0 'modderling'.
  12. These are not ideas for a submod, but ideas for the Los Angeles Mod itself. You and some others are totally missing the point of this submod. The Additional Units submod is about new vehicles and not about new functions and other gameplay related elements. That's why I wrote this in the first post: You can, as I made the appropiate changes to the scripts and the units. Don't you think I didn't think about that? And you should read my previous post too before I am going to lock this topic down again. I just revealed an indication for a release and suddenly everyone wants even more vehicles??
  13. There will be no army medics yet. The soldiers are already able to stabilize and carry people, so they you can put patients in the army ambulance.

A release of this submod as soon as possible or postponing the release for a month, because I need to model more vehicles? I want to release the submod within a month and there is NO time to model more vehicles because testing and fixing bugs takes alot of time too. Hoppah

  16. There are no doctors in the mod. I think they wear ski masks and a pink suit, but that's just me.
  17. The chase command finds the vehicles which are chasing object by a list. I extended that list to all emergency vehicles (instead of some police type vehicles) to make sure the command also worked for the unmarked patrol car. Firefighters wouldn't enter the USFS Engine or the Brush Patrol truck after 'rapid undeployment' anymore, so I fixed that too. I have added traffic lights to all 4 intersections mentioned in altoproximas post.
  18. Topic reopened. I have removed some trash and off topic posts. The first post has been edited. I might release a beta of the submod soon, but some of the vehicles won't contain ANY lights because I can't push myself or others to spend time in editing lights anymore. Other people may add the lights as soon the beta has been released.
  19. I just released patch 3. The patches come with readme files. You can also read the first post of the Bug report topic to find out what the patches do.
  20. ? It does contain the map if you install the patch to the correct location. Based on a check in the installer it installs the fix for the new map or not. I had to add that code to the installer to make sure people who did not install the new freeplay map do not get the fixed map which they don't need.
  21. Released patch 3: I think the missing missions bug has been resolved now. Unfortunately, the patch will delete the achieved mission scores. That is necessary to get the whole missionlist back. If there are still issues with traffic getting stuck on the new freeplay map, please make screenshots (Fraps) so I exactly know where the vehicles are getting stuck and where they came from.   22. I give people permission from scripts all the time. That doesn't mean I HAVE TO tell them how to use and modify the script for their mod.

  24. No, I changed the subscription, but they did some things I did not want.
