What original NY mod? As far as I know, this is the only released standalone NY mod so far. So please enlighten me. The others are all submods. And yes, there are a couple of other standalone NY mods in production, but that doesn't mean they are going to be released, as proven many times in the past. We are not going to rename anything, just because other people do not know how to plan or create a strategy. Creating a work-in-progress topic is just plain dumb if you already have a team. Our strategy was not to inform people about this mod BEFORE we actually could give people something to play with. Some people will probably be offended by this post. I don't care, just understand it is not fair we have to deal with bullshit like renaming the mod while we used a different -well thought-out- strategy. Our 'plan of attack' actually works better for the kids, because they already have something to play with. In fact, a work-in-progress topic slows your whole mod progress down, no matter if you get smart or dumb questions.

You mean the tow commands from the New York mod by MikeyPI? I personally made that script, but it would make the LA Mod even more easier than it already is. Besides that, I'd like to keep some things in the NY Mod only to make sure the mod will not feel like a 1 on 1 copy of the LA Mod (or the other way around).

I'm sure that has something to do with your videocard drivers. Please update them. The textures in the LA Mod are fine.

I'm thinking about re-releasing v2.0 and its patch as one combined package to make it easier to install the whole mod. I might add a few features too. I was thinking about ability to repair vehicles at fire stations from the NYC mod. Any other suggestions?

Thanks! MikeyPI is the team leader of this mod though. I don't have enough time to work on my own mods anymore, so I'm stuck to supporting tasks such as coding, scripting and bugfixing.

I actually started to drink more after the video. It's a nice compilation of crashes which are so hilarious I thought I was watching a drama movie. I even laughed a couple of times. The song is actually the most saddest part of it. If you wanna know what crashes can do to human bodies visit a 'shock site' with real photos of car accidents. A real photo can far more impressive or shocking than this video.
