  1. I don't have and don't need it. Maybe he has written the program itself. If this is 'downloadable' somewhere you should find more info on the German forums.
  2. Way too simple, mission script are far more complicated than that. But it looks great for a beginner.
  3. Still funny that the redirect names (NAME_VEHICLE_I, NAME_VEHICLE_II and MISSION16_TRANSPORT_VEHICLE) are the exact same as I used for all my missions with that objective. You have explanation for that too?
  4. Bad news, I am holding a break with modding for at least one week, because I feel quite miserable. Reasons are personal. Hoppah
  5. Make injured person and give it a name (in the properties window). Then place a car, go to properties and traits and you can add an enclosed person there. You should see the name of the injured person.
  6. To start a fire: Place object on map, select it, click properties, you change fireobjects and more stuff there. About the smoke. The smoke of the smoking car in mission 1 is scripted. The smoke is added by script, the smoke becomes more intense by script and when you don't 'extinguish' the car, it will explode.
  7. No, missions won't fail, but I think you are using the original script of missions 1, right? To make an injured person: Place person on map, select it, click properties, traits, you change health and more stuff there.
  8. lol, that part is from a script of my LA mod MISSION16_TRANSPORT_VEHICLE). What are the objectives for the mission?
  9. And there we go again... I have removed three offtopic posts. @looneyboy and walka: Don't use the forum for personal questions and don't make posts with just 'yes' or 'no'. This is very irritating. Use PM or a chat program, but not the forum. I know I'm offtopic too, but that's not my fault. Now stay ontopic.
  10. Use the search function. The same question is already answered here. Size and length doesn't matter.
  11. I think I will make the suit Chicken showed me (this one).
  12. I don't think the first one is the diver. That guy is wearing a survival suit. and it doesn't even look like a diver. I think I am going to make the second one with a helmet.
  13. I want to make a USCG Rescue Worker for my USCG Helicopter. I've found 2 different suits of USCG Rescue workers. The first one is completely red/orange: example The second one is black with red/orange: example I like the second more, but I don't know what's used IRL on helicopters. Do they wear a helmet too? Maybe someone is able to post some more information about USCG Rescue Workers. I couldn't find much information about the rescue workers. Thanks, Hoppah
  14. He is talking about objects, not vehicles.
  15. You haven't changed or added anything to the Data folder? It's also possible that (some) .xml files of your mod are corrupt. Just like scripts, files like that need to perfect. Example: When you write a part of a script you start with a '{', you need to close it with a '}'. When you forget the '}', the file is corrupt and can't be readed. btw. Internet Explorer can open and read .xml files, when there is a corrupt file, IE will show where the error comes from. That way, you can check .xml files for errors quickly. Internet Explorer isn't that bad.
  16. Same way. Use the 'pack' function instead of the 'unpack' function. When your model is in a mod folder you have to load the mod first.
  17. Compression of the models makes Emergency 4 runs better on older pc's. @ Stan: When the mod is packed in an .e4mod file they can't use the models in other games when they don't have Emergency 4.
  18. Sure, but you have to mention me in the readme when you release it.
  19. My flatbed tow truck is finished! The vehicle is a Ford F8000. Photo: click Hoppah
  20. All model files of Emergency 4 are packed and Zmodeler2 crashes when you import them. You can unpack the model files with the Emergency 4 editor (Go to Mods/Unpack and select a file).
  21. Not possible, because editing animated models is very hard.
  22. READ! Like I said before, I won't change the model, because of the roters. the roters are both animated and in one model. If I make the tail longer the backrotor is flying in the sky (so doesn't look attached to the Jayhawk model).
  23. I don't know, because I don't have those games.
  24. thanks If I make the tail longer the (back)rotor doesn't fit anymore. And like I said: I can't edit the rotors.
  25. The Negotiator (profiler) and Technician (scout) are finished. Picture (left unit = negotiator): The USCG (United States Coast Guard) Jayhawk helicopter is almost finished too. The model is finished (Blackhawk model as base), but I have to add some more details to the skin. This helicopter will be used as TEC helicopter ingame. Picture: Because I can't resize the rotors (due to animations, which will look like crap then) the helicopter is quite small. Same thing for the US Army Blackhawk. Hoppah
