Got Call of Duty 4 a week ago and it's AWESOME! It has the best multiplayer I've seen in years! Singleplayer is cool too.

I haven't added it to my mod yet, so how can I post a picture. If you have played EM3 LA Mod you might know what I mean. I am not going to add automatic stuff to my mod. What's the fun of engine's which are send automaticly?

It's IMPOSSIBLE, because you can use only one map as multiplayer map.

I meant with "? Possibility" that I am considering about adding that stuff. If I have enough time, I will. If the new mission takes too much time, I won't. So it should be "In consideration". My mistake. Like I already said at least 10 times!: I know how the trailer logic works. You can't send a vehicle + trailer from the menu. Do you have played that mission from Woltop? The boat trailer is already on the beach and you need to send a FGRT first to attach the trailer to the vehicle. That's the only reason I don't add a ladder and boat trailer, because that just s*cks. A persue option isn't possible neither. I tried adding the follow function to police cars, but they get stuck in the vehicle they are following.

I didn't know someone was trying to add that? I thought someone just posted that as an idea. In theory, it's possible to add that to missions quite easy (small maps). But it's almost impossible to add it to freeplay, as you need to create 100s of triggers and a complex script. Besides that, it's just for sirens? Does it really matter if you have something like this? The behaviour of traffic won't be changed.

Hi, Baz made some great sirens a long time ago, but those sirens don't sound like this: I want to make some new sirens for FD and PD vehicles. So I watched some video's and I noticed that FD vehicles use wail and air horn tones alot and PD vehicles wail and more yelp tones. Based on those video's I'm going to make at least 4 new siren soundfiles: FD SIREN 1: Wail/Horn FD SIREN 2: Wail/Horn/Yelp PD SIREN 1: Wail/Yelp PD SIREN 2: Wail/Yelp/Priority I will add a 'chance function' to the siren script so either siren 1 or siren 2 will be played when you move a vehicle. But I can't add a trigger function so you will hear yelp tones at intersections. That's almost impossible to do. I've already found some siren tones (electronic amplifier: wail, yelp, priority, air horn, scan). I've also found a Q2B (or Q-siren) sound tone (wail), which I can use for the FD vehicles. If anyone has tips regarding the new sirens, you're welcome. Hoppah

I already gave you permission. I don't really care if you use it in EM3 or EM4. So it's no problem.

USFS Engine and USFS Utility Truck are finished: I didn't really know how to make the roof of the engine, but I decided to give the cabin a silver roof like all real life fire engine's. Now, I'm going to start with the huge forest fire mission. Hoppah

Look by the civilian cars. I didn't add the Lamborghini Gallardo as a playable car.

I didn't add both things. I might adding the patrol command to the battalion chief car, but no the park command to the light equipment truck.

Can you show me a picture (in this topic or a topic about your mod if you want) when you're done changing the skins and lightbars? I'm just interested in the new skin.

Thanks for the information and the text files. Your information quite interesting. Someone had the same question in this topic You can change the water strength in the extinguish commandscript (".../Mods/Los Angeles Mod v1.4/Scripts/Game/Commands/extinguish.script"). The strength (energy) of each water equipment/tool/cannon can be found in the script. I made a list: TLF (Water Tender): 25 FLB (Fire Boat): 30 LPF (Crashtender): 25 LF (Fire Airplane): 70 (not sure if this is correct) Firehose: 20 Extinguisher: 12,5 Watercannon on Aerial Ladder basket: 25

So you are not going to translate EM4 Deluxe anymore? Maybe you can just translate the Deluxe text lines instead of the whole game.

Just use fire fighters for that. @ Bruce563: Someone on this forum is translating Deluxe to English. I hope I may use his translation for my mod. I don't have enough time to do it myself.
