This hasn't been suggested before. Thanks I will replace the camouflage for the next version (1.6). I can't change or add person animations.
-
Close up on front and rear for a photo realistic texture. If possible: Some photo's from the top of the lightbar?
-
Seems I have to replace some lightbars for v1.6, but I can't find much detailed photo's of those lightbar. Both have an oval shape and the Arjent is very flat. But I have found information: FedSig Vista: Product Literature FedSig Arjent: Product Literature Which one should I make on my cars? I like them both. Hoppah

Lots of white boxes. I love them, lol. edit: and I know why. You only have to add the code of the video (like Cbp9KN3EkRk) between the youtube tags.
-
The gates of the police parking lot? You can use a police officer too.
-
I have Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4. In my opinion, Call of Duty 4 is much better. Waiting for GTA IV now, lol.
-
So far I know it's not possible to make that, because the arms aren't animated.
-
Keep trying. I know it's bugged, but it is possible to get them in the airplane.

Looking for poeple who can texture or uv map
Hoppah replied to helljumper51's topic in Modding Related Support
Why you don't learn it yourself? That's much better than waiting for people. I made a nice tutorial about uv-mapping in Zmodeler2. -
Read the last posts. I can't make it any better.

No, that you can connect hoses to a truck with deck gun. So vehicles can use their deck gun and hose connections at the same time.
-
Great idea. It's not possible to combine hose connections (GTF vehicle type) with a water cannon/deck gun (TLF vehicle type), because vehicles types can't be combined. Although there is one thing I can try. In Emergency 3 it wasn't possible to connect hoses the vehicles (GTF vehicle type didn't exist). Until a nice script made by someone actually made it possible in almost a similar way as in EM4. I can try to make a similar script for Emergency 4. I am not going to add more stuff to v1.5, but I will make a list with ideas for v1.6 soon, including your idea.

Thanks for the information and pictures LAPDguy. Mod news: Picture will tell you everything. :1046276313_Up_to_something:

Hahhaha, that's so funny! Every thing you mentioned has already been added, changed or fixed in v1.5.
-
That's not possible neither. The police cars on patrol don't act like civilian cars. They're following a path and they're driving slower. They also go through red.
-
That's awesome! Let me know if you hear more about them. I guess they're being tested now. I don't know about if I will add a tec truck or Parking Enforcement. In fact, I don't even know what I am going to do for v1.6 yet.

Thanks for the information Mike. I'll keep this in mind for v1.6. Changing the lights of dozens of vehicles will take alot of time and I want to release v1.5 as soon possible. Nice idea. So far I know it's not possible to change the light pattern. There are a few light types (bluelights, special lights, headlights, brakelights and left/right blinkers), but they are all have their purpose. Although I've seen a command on the Emergency Wikipedia Page which should make it possible to activate or deactive one or more lights. I mean this command: void SetLightEnabled(int id_, bool enable_); I have never seen this command being used (in other mods) yet, so I still need to test this. @ Madman: It's possible to change the 'behaviour' of vehicles, but as soon Squad vehicles have changed to Civilian you can't reverse it (well, not in an easy way), because civilian vehicles are not commandable. I've finally found out how to make entirely new animations on vehicles. I knew that Chidea (from the German forum) has made new animations too, I just didn't know how. After studying some model files with animations I found out how it was done. By using Zmodeler2, Notepad, Excel and Word I am able to animate objects now. Basicly, it is possible to make objects move, rotate or change shape, although creating new helicopter rotors would require a lot of time. I am not going to make a tutorial about this yet. I first want to finish v1.5 of the mod. The aerial ladder already has working supports like the original DLK, but I've planned to remodel the basket and ladder parts so I haven't made any pictures of the aerial ladder yet. I've also changed the USAR Squad, HAZMAT Squad and Mass Casualty Unit for v1.5. Those three vehicles have an animated floodlight on the roof. Screenshot: And a small video of how the new floodlight works ingame. I used camerahacks to get those angles. You can also see the flashing lights of the CHP Dodge Charger in the video. Looks nice, although there aren't any hose connections on the other side of the truck. Isn't that irritating? And the hose connections on the back are positioned way too high. Most engine's don't even have hose conenctions on the back. Look: click here. Someone told me that that thing on the back is used to pump water from a hydrant to the engine. Although I might be wrong.
-
Ok, I'll make them less bright.
-
Hi Mike I need your help again. Can you get/make some pictures of the top of the HAZMAT squad or USAR squad vehicles? I'm pretty certain those look something like the top of this Rehab-Air Tender you posted a while ago, but I need some more detailed shots. I don't really know what to change right now. Thanks in advance, Hoppah

Sorry, it has been fixed.
