No, it's not usefull. I would prefer a whole menu where you can between sirens (yelp, horn, wail etc..), but that's only possible in missionscripts.

I guess that happened just once? Then it's not really a bug. About the lights: To keep it simple, All Emergency vehicles must have at least one steady burn (a not flashing light) in real life. Most of them can be found in the lightbars, otherwise in mirror lights or grille lights. So it's not bug in the mod. You can even find the feature in the change list. Mikesphotos posted information about lights in his topic. He changed most of the lights in my mod and most of them are almost identical to real life now. It's not strange. Lights aren't about cool patterns.

Mirror sites are useful when the original site generates too much traffic for a single server to support." In this case it's a file and not a site, but you'll get the point. Los Angeles Mod v1.6 is hosted on 2 different servers this time. One link goes to our primary (or main) download server, the other (the mirror) to another server. This reduces traffic. Both links are identical. It depends on the current amount of traffic which one is faster.

He first kneels, so you can choose an angle to shoot from. Click again to let him lay down. You can only shoot within an angle of 60 degrees, so that's why you have to choose the angle in kneeled position first. Did you do that?

Remember, according to Mikesphotos the current (1.4) sirens are almost identical to the real ones used in LA. But I kept the 1.5 sirens in a seperate folder in the mod. To put the old sirens back do this: 1. Go to '...\Emergency 4\Mods\Los Angeles v1.6\Audio\Fx\Sirens\1.5 SIRENS\' 2. Move or copy the 6 audio files in that folder one folder back to replace the current sirens. The Jayhawk is the USCG (United States Coast Guard) helicopter, also known as 'Tech Helicopter' in Emergency 4. What hurts?

If you have found a bug in the LA mod please report it here. You can find a list with all reported and confirmed bugs below: Bugs in v1.6: - The LAPD motorcycle keeps following a patrol path after officer gets off. - Small traffic cone & Rollback truck issues. - Problems with 'Buy FBI agent' commands in multiplayer (FBI agent isn't assigned to right player) - Certain video cards have problems with showing up the wheels and doors of the FBI command vehicle. To fix it: click here - Vehicles don't park correctly at the third parking lot in front of the police station on the Deluxe freeplaymap. - USCG helicopter is missing the command to pick up persons. - Some small issues with the patrol paths. Mission patch bugs: - None reported yet Bugs which cannot be fixed: - Mission 2: The gas canister can't be closed sometimes. (Restart game to fix this) - Mission 3: The bomb case can't be picked up sometimes. That looks like LAPD. But who says it's for detainee transport? It doesn't have bars on the windows, like the one MikeyPI is building. This one is obviously for detainee transport and looks newer than the one you posted: MikeyPI is building me that one. @ others: - There won't be an unmarked van, because that has no purpose at all. - It's not possible to make every unit exit from a different door. - The building is just a low wealth small apartment. - Crime scene tape is not possible. - CSI is fictional, same thing for NCIS and other fake agencies in shows. - I have seen photo's of that LAFD crane and it looks cool, but I don't know if they use that crane alot.

You mean the yellow colour? That's one of the standard colors for that car. Same thing for red Ferrari's.

That's not what I'm talking about dude AND you're talking about 1.5. I never mentioned the lights in 1.5. :1046275873_shakehead: So read my post again and come back. I said that it's weird to already make plans for a 'light mod' for v1.6 without even seeing the lights in v1.6 The lights are more realistic, because Mikesphotos has helped me alot with them. They can't really get more realistic than they are right now. I can imagine you like the extra lights, but not for the reason you just gave me. You like the tony's lights because his look Canadian? (Because you're from: Calgary, Canada) Why not build a Canadian mod then???!!!!!! About 99,9% of your posts don't seem to be valuable or add anything to this forum. So what's your problem? Lost your tonguehands??

@ tony: You've already planned for changing the lights in v1.7 BEFORE you have even seen them? Mikesphotos, who lives in Los Angeles and has a job in the LAFD, changed alot of lights to make them look more realistic. He did an awesome job. I just don't see a reason for making them more unrealistic. It just sound very stupid to me that you already made plans for something that you haven't checked out yet. :1046275873_shakehead:

Let me clear up some things. What I've seen so far is that you are using my WHOLE mod as a base to make yours. I can't and won't give you permission for that. It's not that easy. You can't start a mod with making changes to the freeplaymap. Start your mod with giving your own unique touch to the mod first. Build your own cars or let somebody else build them. After you did that we talk about using some of my cars in your mod. Don't use my mod as a base. Make your own mod setup and folders. There are tutorials about creating and adding vehicles. The whole point of making a mod is to be unique, trying to use my mod as a base won't make a very unique mod. I can't give permission for changing MY mod and adding 3 or 4 cars. Hoppah
