I just installed it, and i get the block light texture on every car with halogen lightbars. Should sven's corona's fix this problem?

My friends and I were playing multiplayer, and we had numerous amounts of vehicles become backed up on the train tracks. Of course, the train came through and destroyed all of the cars, and killed lots of civilians. Is it possible to stop the train from spawning in multiplayer? I dont believe it is, but I just wanted to make sure. Thank you for the replies!
