    I think it will be classed as a submod until you show us some of your own vehicles.

    I think that might be because the poll has been changed since it was originally started. I don't think it resets how many people have voted.

    No you can't play the EM3 version of the mod on 911FR. And yes, you can put the standby command on all the vehicles by adding the command in the editor. But there wouldn't be much point because the vehicles have the standby command so they can be called with the Battalion Chief/EMS Captain. Even if you added the standby command you would still have to go across the map and select the vehicle and send it yourself.

    You could add just the detective vehicles if you know how to add vehicles to the game and which files you need to edit.

    No. If someone else reskins a unit then they are not allowed to give it to you. If you want any reskins doing then you will have to do it yourself. There is a reskinning tutorial here.

    Mine doesn't either. I have sent FBI SUVs with them in and bought them from the Command Centre and they still kneel. They only lie down when I press stop aiming and they lie down and get back up again.
