To make models for the game you need a 3d modelling program such as Zmodeler 2 or Google Sketchup. I think you can get a program for making buildings.

to the forums. You would need to make the model in Zmodeler or another 3d modelling program. Having one side of the model is a good start. Why don't you download the free version of Zmodeler 2 or google sketchup and have a go?

OK. I would concentrate on making new cars first. It is still classed as a personal/private submod even if you make new buildings.

I have this The Sony Ericsson K800i. It's quite a good phone actually, it has quite a good camera plus it was fairly cheap compared to the prices of a lot of other phones.

You need to add this line to the freeplaybase.xml or freeplaybase_d.xml if you have deluxe in the specs folder. <vehicle prototype="mod:Prototypes/Vehicles/03 LA Police/secret_service_suv.e4p" count="1" /> It needs to be exactly like this. You need to add this line to the portraits.xml file in the specs folder. <portrait prototype="mod:Prototypes/Vehicles/03 LA Police/secret_service_suv.e4p" text="SECRET_SERVICE_SUV" unit="SECRET_SERVICE_SUV"/> I think these are the only files you need to edit.
